The main directions of scientific development is devoted to basic research of biologically active lipids. For the first time in neuroblastoma С1300 N18 cells minor components of lipids - N-phosphatidylethanolamine (NAPE) and N-acylethanolamine
(NAE) are described. These compounds are concerned to be a new class of signal lipids, named endocannabinoids. It is shown, that the level of these lipids raises in tissues at the different pathological conditions, in particular at the ishemia. It is established, that NAE provides cardioprotective and neuroprotective properties. The medications with cardioprotective and neuroprotective actions were made on the basis of these compounds. Last years the main attention is given to research of biological effects of saturated NAE –– N-stearoylethanolamine (NSE) and N-palmitoylethanolamine (NPE.) The data which evidence immunomodulative, anti-inflammatory, trophic effect NSE have been obtained at the allergic reactions of the immediate and slowed down types and a nonspecific inflammation. The results about corrective action of NSE on the metabolic processes are received at the rat alcoholic and morphine intoxication, and rat morphine dependence. The decrease of growth and dissemination of Lewis carcinoma at mice under the NSE influence is revealed. It is shown, that in a basis of mechanisms of revealed effects of NSE are its abilities to normalization of tissues lipid content, modulation of immune, аntioxidative systems and nitric oxide system in organism at the pathological conditions.There are 2 doctors of science and 15 candidates of science (Ph.D)
